MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Product materials, components, glass, finishes and other manufacturer-covered items are governed by the written warranty for that specific manufacturer and product.
FLATLANDERCO WORKMANSHIP
FlatlanderCo's workmanship coverage is separate from the manufacturer's product warranty and is governed by your FlatlanderCo agreement and the terms in effect for your project.

Save the signed FlatlanderCo proposal or agreement showing the installed products and project date.

Save manufacturer order numbers, labels, serial numbers and product stickers when available.

Photos can help document the original installation and the condition of the product later.

Some manufacturers offer online registration or transfer tools. Follow the manufacturer’s current instructions.

PROVIA PRODUCT SUPPORT
ProVia's warranty center currently includes entry doors, Aeris™, Endure™ and Aspect™ windows and patio doors, storm doors, plus registration, transfer and product-issue support.

If FlatlanderCo completed the installation, send us the property address, a description of the issue and a few clear photos. If you have a product label, serial number or manufacturer order number, include that too.
